Why I can not get video from the USB Grabber on Windows OS?

1. First please check if your Driver installed correctly by checking Device Manager.

a. Connect USB Grabber on Windows USB Port. The LED of the USB Grabber should be lit.

b. Click to open “Sound, video and game controllers”, you can find

USB VIDBOX FW Audio

USB2.0 VIDBOX FW

If USB Grabber LED is not on, then please contact the seller for refund or replace.

If USB Grabber LED is on, and you can find driver is properly installed, and still have no Video, Please

refer to the following steps.

2. Please check if the 3-Colored RCA cable is correctly connected with the Video Source Machine and with the

USB Grabber. (Yellow, Red, White)

3. Choose Panel “Capture”



“Video Input”, there are the following 2 Video Sources Options

Composite Video

S-Video

Remarks:

a. Composite Video is from 3-Colored RCA cable. This kind of Video contains Audio.

b. S-Video contains NO sound.

4. Go “Capture”  “Device Settings”  “Video Decoder”  “Video Standard” to choose the right Video Standard according to your Video Source Machine’s Content.
