Prep! Before Installing: 1. Turn off your water supply shut-off valve and drain the tank by flushing the toilet. 2. Place a towel on the floor, under the connector. 3. Remove the old supply line connector. 4. Remove your existing toilet seat. 5. Clean the surface of the bowl around the mounting screw holes. 6. Prepare and organize the install tools and components.
Step 1. Install Mounting Plate A. Dunk grommets in a cup of water before inserting them for easier installation. B. Peach Tip: Insert double bump grommets into the seat holes and pull from the bottom while applying pressure to the top. Insert skinny part of grommet. *Add line art image C. Place mounting plate on top of grommets. D. Align the center of each sliding rail, flat side down, over the grommet hole by placing it in the mounting plate slot.
Step 2. Bidet Alignment A. Place template onto the bowl, fitting snuggly against the bottom edge of the mounting plate. B. Slide mounting plate forward or backward until the front edge of the template lines up with the front edge of the toilet rim. C. Once aligned, secure mounting template in place by tightening screws until the mounting plate no longer slides. D. Once tightened, the bottom of the screw and grommet should look like image c.
Step 3. Attaching the Bidet A. Place the bidet onto the bowl, aligning the channel under the bidet base with the mounting plate. Peach Tip: Proper alignment is easiest to see while at eyelevel with the mounting plate. B. With the lid and the seat in the up position, slide the base of the bidet back onto the mounting plate until you hear a “click.” C. Double check that the bidet is secure and aligned to your desired placement.
Step 4. 16” Supply Line Connection A. Remove the bidet using the quick-release button on the right side of the base. B. Locate the external valve on the left side of the bidet. Rotate it out and remove the valve cap. C. Secure the 16” supply line connector by threading the metal nut onto the external valve. D. Tighten ½ turn past hand tight with a crescent wrench to ensure the connection is secure. E.
Step 4 Cont. 16” Supply Line Connection F. Attach the middle opening of the T-valve to the opposite end of the 16” supply line connector that you just secured to the bidet until hand tight. G. Place the appropriate rubber washer into the corresponding opening of the T-valve. H. Peach Tip: Secure the 16” supply line connector by threading the metal nut of the T-valve onto the external valve on your toilet and hand tighten.
Step 5. 20” Supply Line Connection A. Align threads of the plastic nut on the 20” connector onto the bottom opening of the T-valve using only your hands Peach Tip: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN DO NOT USE TOOLS ON PLASTIC NUT B. Thread the metal nut on the opposite end of the 20” connector onto the water supply line until hand tight C. Black = 3/8" If your water supply line is not ½”, use one of the included threaded adapters.
Step 6. Finishing touches A. Using a wrench, tighten all metal-to-metal connections ½ turn past hand tight. Peach Tip: IMAGE TEXT Label each metal connections DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN DO NOT USE TOOLS ON PLASTIC NUT OR PLASTIC FILL VALVE B. Slowly turn the water supply on and check for leaks at the valve. If a leak occurs, use a wrench to turn the metal nuts in ¼ turn increments until the leak stops. C. Once all supply lines are securely installed, remove the tape from the wand cover, and plug in your bidet.

Bidet Function Test 1. Make sure your water supply is turned on and the power is turned on. 2. Have a disposable cup ready to hold upside down over the nozzle of the extended wand to prevent water spray. 3. Gently press the sensing position on the right side of the seat with your hand. 4. While sensor is activated, press the “REAR” and “FRONT” cleaning buttons to make sure the nozzle is working properly.
AUTO/STOP FRONT/OSCILLATE Press once to start automatic cleaning. Press again at any time during the cycle to stop cleaning. Press once to enter front cleaning mode. While in front cleaning mode, press the button to oscillate the wand. Press once during any cleaning cycle to stop cleaning. GENTLE Press once to bring both water temperature and water pressure to the lowest level. Drying at the lowest level will begin automatically once cleaning cycle ends. REAR/OSCILLATE Press for posterior cleaning.
ADDITIONAL REMOTE FUNCTIONS REMOTE CONTROL PARING 1. With your Soft Spa 9500 powered OFF, press and hold the AUTO/STOP button on the remote until the indicating light displays as 2.
