Flexson Warranty
WARRANTY: All Flexson products come with a warranty. We will replace free of charge any product
shown to have a manufacturing fault.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: Except as specified above, the Flexson warranty (honored in
USA by American Audio & Video (AA&V)) covers all defects in material and workmanship. The following
are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage
occurring during shipment; damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the instruction
manual; damage caused by installation of parts that do not conform to Flexson specifications; units used
for other than home use; units not used for their intended purpose; any claims based on
misrepresentations by the seller; products sold on an “as is” or final sale basis; or the cost of installing,
removing or reinstalling the unit. American Audio & Video’s liability is limited to the replacement, at our
option, of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential damages. American
Audio & Video (AA&V) reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a comparable model.
Any replacement units or parts will be new.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: If you require warranty service, please contact American Audio &
Video (AA&V) Service Department at 1 [phone]. A copy of the original dated bill of sale must be
presented whenever warranty service is required. TRANSPORTATION: Customer is responsible to get
the unit to American Audio & Video (AA&V). If shipped to American Audio & Video (AA&V),
replacements under warranty are shipped back freight prepaid.
