• For best signal, wear remote control on the arm at all times while playing.
• In Hide & Seek mode, The Child may circle around a few times when searching and when close to discovering you.
• In Follow mode, The Child will not come closer than 38 centimeters (15 inches), and will stop moving if you stop moving.
• If circling persists, it means the signal is weak, and it is trying to find a signal. Try moving the remote control closer to The Child's eye level. If it is still not working, ensure that other infrared products are
not interfering.
• To exit the Follow and Hide & Seek modes, press any other button or move the joystick.

assurez-vous que les autres produits infrarouges n’interfèrent pas.
• Pour quitter les modes «Suivre» et «Cache-cache», appuyez sur n’importe quel autre bouton ou déplacez la manette.

• For proper function, keep the remote control in The Child’s sight and make sure there is a clear path between the remote control and The Child.
• Operating range of the remote control is up to 5 meters (16 feet). Keep the remote control within the operating range for best performance.
• Bright sunlight or fluorescent lights may aect the range of the remote control. Try dimming the lights in the room to improve the operating range.
• Avoid playing too close to walls as The Child's performance may be aected. Move The Child away from walls when it gets too close.

• Turn the power OFF then ON on both The Child and the remote control to connect them again.
• Check the batteries. Replace the batteries in the remote control if a dim red light begins to flash slowly on the LED indicator. Replace batteries in The Child if sounds distort or if it
begins to respond slowly.
• Ensure the infrared transmitters/receivers are not covered during play.
• Check if The Child and the remote control are in sleep mode. They will enter sleep mode when left idle for over 10 minutes. To wake The Child up, press the action button or slide the
power switch o and back on. For the remote control, press the power button to turn it back on.
• Apaga y vuelve a encender tanto el control remoto como The Child para volver a conectarlos.
• Revisa las pilas. Reemplaza las pilas del control remoto si comienza a parpadear lentamente una luz roja tenue en el indicador LED. Reemplaza las pilas de The Child si se oye distorsionado o si comienza a
responder con lentitud.
• Procura que los transmisores/receptores infrarrojos no estén tapados al jugar.
• Comprueba si el control remoto y The Child están en modo de reposo. Entrarán en modo de reposo cuando se dejen inactivos durante más de 10 minutos. Para activar a The Child, pulsa el botón de acción
o desliza el interruptor de encendido para apagarlo y encenderlo nuevamente. En el caso del control remoto, presiona el botón de encendido para volver a encenderlo.
• Éteignez puis rallumez l’Enfant et la télécommande pour les connecter de nouveau.
• Vérifiez les piles. Remplacez les piles de la télécommande lorsque le voyant à DEL rouge commence à clignoter lentement. Remplacez les piles de l’Enfant lorsqu’il réagit lentement ou que ses sons
se déforment.
• Veillez à ce que les émetteurs/récepteurs infrarouges ne soient pas couverts pendant le jeu.
• Vérifiez que l’Enfant et la télécommande sont en mode Veille. Ils passent en mode Veille lorsqu’ils restent inactifs pendant plus de 10 minutes. Pour «réveiller» l’Enfant, appuyez sur le bouton Action ou
placez l’interrupteur d’alimentation en position Arrêt, puis en position Marche. Pour la télécommande, appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation pour l’allumer de nouveau.
