Please keep these instructions for future reference as they contain important information.
Includes 3 AG13 (LR44) button cell batteries for the
vehicle and 3 "C" size carbon zinc batteries for the playset.
Dispose of batteries safely.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Regularly examine the adapter used with this toy for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts.
In the event of such damage, do not use until damage has been repaired.
This toy is not intended for children under 3 years old.
This toy must only be used with an approved AC/DC adapter.
The AC/DC adapter is not a toy.
This toy is not to be powered by anything other than recommended power supply.
• Should cleaning be necessary and with adult supervision, disconnect power source and wipe with damp
cloth. DO NOT wash the toy with liquid.
• DO NOT use the product on loose dirt or wet surfaces.
• DO NOT immerse the product in water.
• Children playing with electrical toys operating at 120 volts should be supervised by an adult.
BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION
In exceptional circumstances batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your product.
To avoid battery leakage:
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Dispose of battery(ies) safely.
• Do not dispose of this product in a fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak.
Protect the environment by not disposing of this product or any batteries with household

AC/DC ADAPTER – NORMAL MODE
When an AC/DC adapter is used in NORMAL MODE

, the light shows are longer.
Everything else is the same as using batteries. Please see the instructions for “BATTERIES –
NORMAL MODE” . In this mode, during the light show, press and hold the button for over 2
seconds to play the show continuously!
AC/DC ADAPTER – LIGHT SENSOR MODE
When an AC/DC adapter is used in LIGHT SENSOR MODE
( )
, the light show will stay on as
long as the room lights stay off. Everything else is the same as using batteries. Please see the
instructions for “BATTERIES – LIGHT SENSOR MODE”.
NOTE TO ADULTS: Periodically
examine the adapter for damage to
the cord, housing or other parts that
may result in the risk of fire, electric
shock or injury. If the adapter is
damaged, do not use it.
The play set also works with the following AC/DC power adapters (sold separately, subject to
availability):
• Hosa AC/DC adapter model # ACD477 (Amazon.com)
NOTE: The battery power will be suspended when an adapter is used with the playset.
To resume using batteries, disconnect the adapter from the set.
NOTE: For proper function, slide power switch to OFF before disconnecting the adapter from the playset.
BATTERIES – NORMAL MODE
Slide power switch to NORMAL MODE ( ). A short light show begins. To restart the light show,
press the function button. Press the button to change the pattern of the lights. Press the
button again to turn all the lights off. The cycle of (1) lights on, (2) pattern change and (3)
lights off continues with each press of the button. If the button is not pressed and the set is
left idle, the light show will stop automatically after a while. During the light show, press and
hold the button for over 2 seconds to play a longer light show.
BATTERIES – LIGHT SENSOR MODE
Slide power switch to LIGHT SENSOR MODE ( ). The light show will begin after 5 seconds if
the room is dark enough. Press the function button to change the pattern of the lights. Turn
the room lights on or press the button again to end the light show. A subsequent press of the
button or turning the room lights on and off will restart the light show. The light show will
stop automatically after a while if the set is left idle.

Push door in.
Open the door.
• Batteries included are for demonstration purposes only.
• Replace batteries when lights become dim.
• Unscrew the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver (not included).
• Remove batteries and dispose of them safely.
• For the vehicle, install 3 new AG13 (LR44) button cell batteries in the orientation (+/-) shown.
• For the playset, install 3 new "C" size (LR14) alkaline batteries in the orientation (+/-) shown.
• Replace battery cover and tighten screw(s).
• For best performance, use only alkaline batteries.
• If vehicle malfunctions, remove batteries and re-install after 5 seconds. This should reset your vehicle and let
you resume normal operation.
• If playset malfunctions, turn power OFF for a few seconds, then ON again. This should reset your playset and let
you resume normal operation.
