Position the hinged base assembly so it forms a half circle. • While pressing the button on the large base tube, insert it into the hinged base assembly tube. Wrap the edges of the pad around the outside of the seat. Continue to slide the frame tube into the base tube until you hear a “click”. Pull up on the frame tube to be sure it is secure. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the two remaining frame tubes to the base tubes. • Insert and “snap” the seat with pad into the seat ring.
