For Best Results
IMPORTANT! If at any time the unit does not seem
to be functioning properly, slide the Reset switch
on the back of the unit Off and then On again.
• Use only one finger to touch words or pictures.
• Keep the unit completely open so that it lies flat.
• Make sure your Power Touch
book is properly loaded into
the unit and the pages lie flat.
Avoid curling, bending, or ripping the Power Touch
books.
Damaged books may not work properly in the unit.
Avoid use in direct sunlight.
In the Count Game : Try touching words as well as
pictures! For example, when asked to count pigs or crayons,
you can touch the word pig or crayon or the picture of the
pig or crayon.
In the Music Game : In Ernie’s Neighbourhood, you are
asked to touch something on the bus to hear a song on the
“Police Officer” page. You can also touch other pictures on the
page to create silly songs!
