Make sure the two connectors are fully engaged. • Fit the connectors neatly into the opening. • Fit the handlebar stem in the hole in the vehicle body. Make sure the horn on the handlebar faces the rear of the vehicle body. • Insert a #8 x 11/4" screw through the hole in the motor assembly.

While supporting the opposite end of the rear axle, tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the rear axle. • Pull on the wheel to make sure the cap nut is secure. • Repeat this procedure to assemble a wheel on the other side of the rear axle.
