SAFETY INFORMATION SAFETY INFORMATION This appliance has been tested to and complies with the ANS Z 21.97-2010, Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances CGA CR 97-003 Outdoor Gas Fireplaces. The installation must conform to local codes or in the absence of local codes to the National Fuel Gas Code. ANS Z223.1. This manual contains important information about the assembly, operation and maintenance of this fire pit.

Assembly PREPARATION Before beginning assembly, be sure to empty contents of carton and make sure all parts are present. If any parts are missing, please contact Customer Service at (866)-985-7877, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST or email at cservice@welltraveled.net. Place all parts on a soft, level surface for assembly. You will need a Phillips screwdriver with Medium Blade for assembly.

ASSEMBLY 3 Attach Cylinder Bracket J to Bottom K with 1 M6x12 Screw O and 1 M6 Nut N. Repeat with remaining 2 Cylinder Brackets. Hardware Used: 3 - M6x12 Screws 3 - M6 Nuts 3 4 Attach Bottom K to 4 Legs with 4 M6x12 Screws O. NOTE: Make sure the cut out for the Cylinder is located by the Right Front Leg H. Hardware Used: 4 - M6X12 Screws 4 5 Attach Side Panel E to Back Legs F with 4 M6x12 Screws O.

ASSEMBLY 7 Keep the Table Top/Burner Assembly turned upside down and resting on a soft, flat level surface. Then place the assembled Legs/Panels with the feet still facing upward onto the assembled Table Top/Burner Assembly. Attach Legs to Table Top C with 4 M6x12 Screws O that are pre-assembled on the underside of the Table Top C. Hardware Used: 4 - M6x12 Screws (Pre-assembled) 7 8 Attach Knob A to Front Panel I with 1 - M4 Washer L and 1 M4x6 Screw M.

ASSEMBLY 11 Place the Lid B on Table Top C. Check to make sure all hardware is properly secured. 12 Connect hose and regulator to cylinder. The propane gas and cylinder are sold separately. Use a standard 20lb propane cylinder only. Use this fire pit only with a propane vapor withdrawal supply system. See chapter 5 of the standard storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas, ANS/NFPA 58. Your local library or fire department should have this book.

Operating Instructions A dented, rusted or damaged propane cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked by your cylinder supplier. Never use a propane cylinder with a damaged valve connection. The propane cylinder must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specifications for LP gas cylinders of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) or the standard for cylinders, spheres and tubs for transportation of dangerous goods and commission, CAN/CSA-B339.

OPERATIONS INSTRUCTIONS LEAK CHECK WARNING: • Perform all leak tests outdoors. • Extinguish all open flames. • NEVER leak test when smoking. • Do not use the fire pit until all connections have been leak tested and do not leak. Operating Instructions CAUTION Do not attempt to operate until you have read and understand all General Safety Information in this manual and all assembly is complete and leak test has been performed. WARNING DANGER! FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY Very hot while in operation! Never lean over the fire pit while in use. Do not touch Table Top or Burner Assembly while the fire pit is in operation. Wait until the fire pit has cooled down after use before placing Lid on Table Top or touching any surfaces.
