WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
1. TO AVOID RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND DEATH, TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT
BREAKER AND TEST THAT THE POWER IS OFF BEFORE WIRING.
2. USE ONLY COPPER WIRES WITH THE RECEPTACLE.
3. INSTALL AND USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPROPRIATE ELECTRICAL SAFETY CODES AND
REGULATIONS.

INSTALLATION
1. Install in accordance with all electrical codes and standards.
2. Switch off power to switch-box and loads.
3. Remove insulation from wire approximately 3/8" to 5/8". The HOT terminals are the brass screws and
the NEUTRAL terminals are the silver screws. Loop the wire around terminal screw as per diagram (or
insert solid wire into wire holes). Loop the ground wire around the GREEN terminal screw. Fasten
screws securely. Screw terminal and wire hole accept up to 10AWG.
4. Mount the receptacle using the long mounting screws provided. Attach wall plate (not included).
5. Restore power at the circuit breaker or fuse. See Warning.
