Non-Woven Housewrap Description Property Product Data Everbilt Building Wrap is a non-woven building wrap with a breathable polyolefin coating that performs as both a water– resistive barrier and as an air barrier in accordance with the International Building, Residential and Energy Codes. Everbilt Non-Woven Housewrap is non–perforated, providing superior resistance against the rain before the siding goes on and against water that seeps through the siding after installation.
