The two ADC inputs are isolated from the ReliaGATE 10-14 power supply but share a common ground with each other and with the serial ports. Each channel uses a 12-bit differential converter with the -ve input tied to ground giving an 11-bit input resolution.

Whilst the ignition input is low, the ReliaGATE 10-14 is powered OFF and will not drain the battery.
