Remote Control Operating Manual
Turning On:
The Remote Control will automatically turn on after a short tap on it. The red LED indicator
lights up and blinks fast for about 5seconds then changes to blinking once every 1 second.
Turning Off:
The Remote Control will automatically turn off after 1 minute if not connected to an
Interphone F5.
Pairing Mode:
From On, push up the MFB button for about 10 seconds. The red LED indicator blinks slowly
until the pairing completes.
Note: If no F5 can be found, Pairing mode stops after 30 seconds.
Pairing to Interphone F5:
Set the Interphone F5 and the Remote Control in pairing mode then wait until the Interphone
F5 announces “pairing successful”. The Remote can control the Interphone F5 now.
Note: If the remote control and the Interphone F5 are not paired (no announcement), repeat the
pairing procedure again.
Press MFB:
Press MFB button to access the MFB functions of Interphone F5.
Push UP MFB:
Push UP to access the UP button functions of the Interphone F5.
Push DOWN MFB:
Push DOWN to access the DOWN button functions of the Interphone F5.
Push Left MFB:
Push Left to o adjust the VOLUME UP of the Interphone F5.
Push Right MFB:
Push Right to adjust the VOLUME DOWN of the Interphone F5.
Remote Control LED Indicator: (not final)
Searching – fast blinking red for about 5 seconds.
Connected – blinking red every 2 seconds.
Disconnected – blinking red every 1 second.
Pairing mode – slow blinking red for about 30 seconds.
Replacing the batteries
Remove the 2 cover screw with a small screw driver, Use only 2 x SR44 or LR44 type cell
and be sure to follow correct polarity during installation. Reft to marking on the battery
contacts.
