INSTALLATION AND SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions completely prior to attempting to install

your new SPEEDY HOT WATER system. SPEEDY HOT WATER is a unique delivery

device that will bring hot water to your kitchen, bathroom, laundry or any other sink in

your home, faster than ever before. It can be installed by anyone who has a basic

knowledge of plumbing systems. After reading these instructions, if you have concerns

about your ability to install this system, please call a handyman or plumber for help. The

installation should take less than 30 minutes.

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:

1. Power or battery operated drill

2. Medium flat blade screwdriver

3. Medium phillips screwdriver

4. Small adjustable wrench

5. Six (6) C cell batteries OK LET’S GET STARTED! Under the sink you should find two shut off valves. The valve on the left will normally control the hot water supply. Turn this valve handle clockwise to turn off the hot water. Now turn on the hot side of the faucet to make certain the water is completely shut off. If water is leaking out of the faucet the valve is not holding and should be replaced.

Install six “C” cell batteries and replace the lower cover. The led will flash once when contact is made. Remove the shipping insulator from the wireless transmitter and coin cell battery. Plug in the wire leads from the valve and sensor to the corresponding female jacks on the side of the control box.
