Product Description 1. Product Description The TR-KPD (keypad) is an encrypted, battery operated, wireless, access control and system arming device.
Installing the Keypad 2. Installing the Keypad Ensure that you have: Four AA batteries A screw and wall anchor Screwdriver Drill To install the keypad: 1. Choose a smooth, flat indoor wall near the door. 2. Release the keypad's mounting base by lifting the tab and sliding the base in the tab’s direction.
Installing the Keypad 3. Press the tamper switch several times. Tamper switch 4. Insert four fresh new AA alkaline batteries, according to the correct polarity. WARNING! A new battery can explode if it is incorrectly installed. 5. Drill a hole in the wall and insert a wall anchor. 6. Clean and dry the wall.
