Every FOH employee needs to know how to use the Kitchen-Linc. Use the Kitchen-Linc with EVERY table, to capture good data and build good habits. MAINTENANCE No on-going maintenance required. If it ever needs to be reset, unplug it for a minute and plug it back in. CLEANING Spray with hose or clean with water. No abrasives. Clean daily. ESP BAR – LINC TIPS Bartenders should use the Bar-Linc with EVERT order. This will capture good performance data and build good habits. .
Associate ESPs ESP I’VE BEEN SAT GUEST ESP DEFINITION You’ve been sat! Your Guest Needs You! DRINK READY/RUN ESPs you that your drinks are up. When the image is reversed (light on dark), your drinks have been run. Service Model is breaking down, you cannot seat tables. Identify what needs to change and coach the behavior. HOST ALERT The manager is needed at the Host Stand. Go to Host Standto talk to a guest, help with seating, or answer question. BUDDY ALERT Another manager needs help.
