(400x200 mm) Step 2 Secure the Faceplate [01A] or Faceplate [01A] with Extender Brackets [02] and [03] to TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M4 M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination.
UP CAUTION: Ensure the faceplate [01A] or faceplate [01A] with extender brackets [02] and [03] is EQUALLY CENTERED on your TV and securely fastened in place. Please note: The bolt hole locations on your TV may vary in accordance of the manufacturers design of the TV. We are only illustrating possible locations of the bolt holes.
Option C (For TV with A “Bump”) Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY.
3A-1 Use a stud finder (not included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (not included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations. Awl (not included) 3A-2 1 2 01B 3 UP Position the arm assembly/ wall plate [01B] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the arm assembly/wall plate [01B] and mark the holes. 3A-3 Drill 3 pilot holes using a 5/32 in. (4mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 23/64 in. (60mm). 2 23/64 in.
Step 3B Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the arm assembly/wall plate [01B]. Ensure the arm assembly/wall plate [01B] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step. ● Any material covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in.
3B-4 You may need assistance with this step. A1 Install wall plate using lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the arm assembly/ wall plate [01B]. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1]. 01B UP 3/8in. (10mm) Socket Wrench (Not lncluded) Step 4 Secure the TV onto the Arm Assembly/Wall Plate [01B] 4-1. Remove the preassembled bolt [S1] from the faceplate [01A] using the phillips screwdriver. 4-2.
Step 5 Adjustments 5-1 Level Adjustment If needed, the TV can be levelled. S1 1. Slightly loosen the bolt [S1]. 2. Level your TV. 3. Retighten the bolt [S1] to hold TV in place. 5-2 Tilt Adjustment 1. Slightly loosen four tilt nuts [T]. 2. Adjust the TV to the desired tilting angle. 3. Fasten the nuts to hold the tilting angle of the TV. T 3/8in.
