Note: If you slide in the output tray by hand, there may be slight resistance and noise. This is

normal.

2. Open the front cover.

3. Pull out the upper paper cassette. (The upper cassette has a label on the right side.)

Note: If the cassette is too far inside the product to reach, turn the product off and on again.

4. Slide the edge guides outward.
