INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read carefully and save these instructions. Failure to do so may lead

to electrical shock or fire, which may cause injury or death.

For questions, problems, or missing parts call the Customer Service line at

(855) 573-6156 from 8 AM to 6 PM EST Monday – Friday.

CAUTION

WARNING – RISK OF FIRE: Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker

before installing the fixture or performing other maintenance in order to

prevent possible shock.

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be in accordance with local, and national

electrical codes.

Prior to installation remove all protective plastic film covering from the fixture.

Tools needed for installation: Phillips screwdriver, wire strippers, and pliers.

INSTALLATION

1. ASSEMBLE THE FIXTURE

NOTE: Additional items may be required to complete installation. Please read

the entire instructions before attempting to install the fixture.

1. Thread the hook into the hole on the top of the fixture

body.

2. Use the hex nut to secure the assembly in place.

3. Thread the set screw into the hole on the top of the

fixture to secure the assembly in place.

NOTE: This fixture can be wired either directly to a junction box, or to an

external wall outlet. If the fixture will be wired directly to the junction box, do not

mount the canopy until the fixture has been wired.

To mount the fixture directly to the junction box,

purchase a canopy mounting kit, such as the

example to the right.

Follow the instructions that come with the mounting

kit to install the canopy to the junction box.

Once the canopy is installed, either mount the

fixture directly to the canopy loop, or purchase a

chain for a suspended mount.

1. Unscrew the holding screw on

the tip of the hook.

2. Thread your choice of mounting

option (pictured: chain) onto the

hook.

3. Re-thread the screw into the

hook to secure the assembly in

place.

GENERAL CARE OF YOUR FIXTURE [a] The minimum distance between the luminaire and combustible materials such as walls, ceilings, movable partitions, and the like, lighting equipment, and other heat generating equipment is 203 mm (8 in.). [b] The maximum temperature of the installed environment is 40°C. Please ensure safe operation of the luminaire (the users have to check the temperature by a thermometer.
