Case 1 : Emperstar: HELP, my headphone will not connect to my PC for phone calls while being connected to my phone for music? In the beginning, we'd like to figure out which situation you are in and then find a solution. Step 1, check the APP state at your phone and PC. If the voice call on your PC comes from the App lived on your PC only. Our suggest: it's necessary to pause the music on your phone and then answer the voice call. If it comes from an App that exists on your phone and computer as well.

Case 2 : Emperstar: HELP, I can't hear the voice call on the computer, can't make a normal call. The computer needs to create a Bluetooth connection environment when connecting for the first time, please follow the steps. Step 1: finish pairing computer and the headset, check the bluetooth setting, is showed “Connected voice, music” or not. Step 2: if not, please open any of the computer's music player, start playing music, until the Bluetooth setting shows correctly.

Case 3 : HELP, the headset can NOT be found and connected to my phone now. Emperstar: When a headset is in "Connected" status, it cannot pair and connect to another device. Our suggest: Pair the headset and the device without connecting the device first, and then connect.
