Setting Oven Controls
Usingcooktimewithend
time
Addingacooktimealongwithaspecicendtime
givesthesamebenetsasthecooktimeoption
in addition to controlling exactly when the cooking
process will begin and end.
Cook time and end time may be set with the
following features:
• Bake
• Convectionbake
• Convectionroast
• Slowcook
• Clean(delayedCleanusesendtimeonly)
• Defrost
• Dehydrate
• Breadproof
• Keepwarm
See example below to set the lower oven with
preheating for bake at 375°F (176°C) for 50
minutes and to automatically shut-off at 5:30:
Once START is pressed, the oven will calculate the
start time at which the oven will begin heating.
The oven will continue to maintain this temperature
for the selected time or until the cooking feature is
canceled.

Use caution with the COOKTIME or ENDTIMEfeatures. Use the automatic timer when cooking cured
orfrozenmeatsandmostfruitsandvegetables.Foodsthatcaneasilyspoilsuchasmilk,eggs,sh,
meatorpoultry,shouldbechilledintherefrigeratorrst.Evenwhenchilled,theyshouldnotstandin
the oven for more than 1 hour before cooking begins, and should be removed promptly when cooking is
completed. Eating spoiled food can result in sickness from food poisoning
