PVC FRETWORK CEILING PANELS
installation instructions:
Standard power grab adhesive
Utility Knife, Circular Saw, or Table Saw
100% acrylic paint

IMPORTANT INFO
• It is highly recommended that you paint or nish the panels before installation.
• Recommended use of 100% acrylic latex paint for PVC products.
• Clean the installation surface and back of panel of any debris with a clean cloth.
• Make sure the surface and the back of the panel are completely dry before installation.
• Before installing, acclimate your PVC panels in the room where you will be installing them.
• In most applications you will have to trim some panels. Cut them with a standard utility knife or power
tool, such as a table saw. Sand cut edge to remove debris.
• Depending on your installation method, use standard power grip adhesive and small brad nails.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure to use the correct tools recommended.
Wear safety goggles.
Follow xture, power tools, and paint manufacturers’ instructions and users manuals.
Use common sense and follow good construction practices.
GENERAL INSTALLATION
1. Smooth installation surface with sandpaper by removing
excessive bumps or texture. Wipe wall clean to clear debris.
2. We recommend nding the center of your ceiling and mark-
ing it horizontally and vertically using a chalk line or straight
edge. Shown in diagram with dotted line.
3. Depending on how many pieces your Fretwork Panel is, will
determine how it will get centered. In this diagram, you will
angle your piece 90° in each corner of the center
4. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the back of the panel
and secure with small brad nails.
5. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the back of the panel
and secure with small brad nails. (Follow adhesive manufac-
turer’s instructions for proper application.)
