1.Q: How to make sure the projector has the best viewing performance?
A: Our projector brightness is 150 ANSI lumens, projection distance farther, picture
bigger, in the meantime, brightness will reduce. Thus, please don’t use this projector
in bright environment. For best viewing performance, we do recommend keeping
projection distance within 2.5 meters (80 inches), turn off all lights, close curtains.
2.Q: How can I adjust the picture color?
A: Our projector has adopted the most advanced DLP technology. Different from
traditional LCD projector, DLP chip will control three built-in red, green, red LED
lights to perform picture color, color saturation and contrast has already been stetted
before shipping, no need manual adjusting anymore.
3.Q: Does this projector support 1080P or 4K video?
A: Yes, it can support all H.265 compressed 4K video, and all other 1080P, 720P
video files. But since the device output resolution is 854*480, 4K video files will play
as 480P resolution on the screen, please understand.
4.Q: Why I cannot use the share screen function by Miracast?
A: our projector can make a connection with IOS and Android system to share screen,
but since different Android phone producer has different agreements, some phone
models may not compatible with Miracast, if so, please install Eshare Screen Share
software.
5.Q: What if Apps cannot be opened?
A: Our projector has adopted Android 9.0 system, system pre-installed YouTube and
some other popular video player. Since these apps will upgrade constantly, system's
pre-installed apps version may cannot be opened. Please navigate into Aptoide
TV(APP Store) to upgrade, then, reopen these apps. You can also download and
install other apps to the system.

Why Fire TV Stick no sound?
A: When connecting fire tv stick to our projector, please switch the projector to
HDMI mode, if still no sound, please troubleshoot as following:
a. Please try turning up fire tv stick volume or projector volume.
b. Turn off the Dolby sound effect in the fire tv stick player.
