1. Safety information These operating instructions contain information and safety regulations which must be rigorously observed for safe operation in the described conditions. Failure to observe this information and these instructions can have serious consequences or may violate regulations. Please read these operating instructions carefully before starting to use the device! In the event of conflicting information, the details specified in the safety precautions shall apply.
• It must be ensured that the device is not taken into zones 0 or 20. • In IIC (Zone) hazardous areas the applicant has to ensure that the Metal Part of the Belt Clip is electrostatically earthed, e.g. by the use of ESD clothing. • The belt clip shall only be installed outside of the hazardous areas. • The belt clip shall not be removed from the device inside hazardous areas.

Please “Search for new Bluetooth devices” at your mobile phone. Now “Aurelis Bluetooth” appears at your display. When you first time connect the Ex-RSM Aurelis BT to the phone you have to type in a PIN. The PIN for the Ex-RSM Aurelis BT is “0000”. Now you can connect the mobile phone to the remote speaker microphone. The Ex-RSM Aurelis reports with “Bluetooth connected”. 6.2.3 Control options • Accept incoming calls Short press on MFB to accept. • Reject incoming calls Long press on MFB to reject.
Moreover, the battery cells could expand and cause irreparable damage to your device in a worst case scenario. For this reason rechargeable batteries with lithium cells should be replaced after 2 years at the latest or after reaching a battery capacity that is 50% of its initial value. 8. Should any such clause of these warranty conditions be declared ineffective of unenforceable by a competent court, then the effectiveness or enforceability of any of the other conditions of these warranty conditions shall remain unaffected by such a judgement. Battery recycling information This product contains or uses a lithium-ion (Li-ion) main battery. When the battery reaches the end of its useful life, the spent battery should be disposed of a qualified recycler or hazardous materials handler.

Veuillez « Rechercher de nouveaux appareils Bluetooth » sur votre téléphone mobile. Maintenant « Aurelis Bluetooth » s‘affiche. Lorsque vous connectez pour la première fois l‘Ex-RSM Aurelis BT au téléphone, vous devez taper un PIN. Le PIN pour l‘Ex-RSM Aurelis BT est « 0000 ». Vous pouvez maintenant connecter le téléphone au haut-parleur/microphone distant. L‘Ex-RSM Aurelis BT envoie le message « Bluetooth On ». 6.2.
