Allgemeines
Die automatischen Ladegeräte EA-BC 500 können je nach
Leistungsklasse Bleibatterien mit Kapazitäten bis zu 300Ah
laden.
Die Ladegeräte der Serie EA-BC 500 arbeiten nach dem
Prinzip der I - U - U - Ladekennlinie.
Das Ladegerät beginnt zunächst die entladene Batterie mit
Konstantstrom (Constant Current) zu laden, bis die Lade-
schlußspannung der Batterie erreicht ist. Dann beginnt die
Boostladung mit Konstantspannung. Diese Ladephase ist
auf eine Stunde begrenzt. Danach schaltet der Lader auf
Ladeerhaltung um.
Der Ladezustand der Batterie wird durch drei LEDs auf der
Front angezeigt.
Ausgang
Zur Verfügung stehen Ladegeräte für Batterien mit 12V, 24V,
36V und 48V, Ladeströme von 5,5A bis 20,5A und Leistungen
von 150W bis 300W. Der Ausgang ist gegen verpolt ange-
schlossene Batterien geschützt.

General
The automatic battery chargers of the series EA-BC 500 are
suitable for charging lead acid batteries with a capacity up
to 300Ah.
The units are operating after the I-U-U characteristics.
The empty battery is rst charged in constant current mode
until the rated voltage is reached. There follows a boost
charge at constant voltage, limited to one hour. Thereafter
the charger switches to trickle charge.
Three LEDs on the front are indicating the actual status of
the charging mode.
Output
Different battery chargers for batteries with 12V, 24V, 36V
and 48V, charging currents from 5.5A to 20.5A and powers
from 150W to 300W are available. The battery chargers are
protected against reverse battery polarity.
