Installation The LCD has been designed with two ways installation, which suitable for (1) Stand and (2) Ceiling Mount applications. Please note that the display must be properly installed onto the stand (DynaScan optional kit) or well-connected with the hanging kit (DynaScan optional kit), details please refer to the display installation guide. Incorrect installation may cause injury or damage the equipment.
1. Two mounting holes can be found from top and bottom sides of the display (Portrait mode), which are reserved for wall, ceiling or stand mounting use. 2. When the connection kit insert into the mounting hole, each length side of the display has six screw holes which can be used for fasten. Orientation DW551DR4-1 provides 3 different screen orientations for various environment applications.
Installation Location Do not install in a location with strong vibrations or dusty. Do not install near the building’s main electric panel. Ensure the LCD is secured in such a manner that it cannot be easily removed by the general public. Leave clearance around the outer edge of the LCD from other objects to ensure proper ventilation. Single display Maintenance Inspect the fasteners regularly for signs of loosening or deformation.
Connecting to a Power Source Using the power cable provided, plug it in the power inlet which shown in the diagram below. Connect the power cable to a 100-240 volt, 50 / 60Hz AC power outlet. Operating Instructions Powering On/Off the Display To turn on/off the display. Press the power switch on as shown in the diagram below. ON OFF NOTE: The remote control only works when the power switch is ON.
Using the Remote Control Connection using an External Sensor Kit (ESK302) Connect the ESK302 cable to the mini USB port, and aim the remote at the IR receiver as shown below. Sensor Kit The operating range of the remote control is 2.5 meters (8 feet). NOTE: Ambient light may affect the performance of the remote control. Avoid fluorescent or neon lights in the vicinity.

Troubleshooting ISSUE RECOMMENDED SOLUTION No image is displayed. Nothing happens when switching the main switch on. Check whether the cable is completely plugged in. Check whether the main switch is in the ON position, and the power cord is completely plugged in.
