1. Introduction This document offers guidance on operating DynaLogistics Web Platform, whose function is to make available the data acquired by the Dynalogger App and to facilitate its interpretation. Dynalogger is a data logger with Bluetooth® technology that stores temperature and humidity data in its internal memory. The collected information can be accessed via DynaLogistics App or DynaLogistics Web.
2. Screens The following sections describe in detail the screens and features of the DynaLogistics Web Platform. 2.1 Login The web platform can be accessed by clicking on the following URL https://live.dynamox.solutions/logistic/. Initially, the login screen, shown in the figure below, will be displayed. You have to enter your access data and click on 'LOGIN' or press 'ENTER' to access the platform.
2.2 Menu The menu, shown in the following image, can be accessed at any time after user login. From there, it is possible to access the options described below: • Trips: displays the home screen, showing all trips created, started, and ended; • Analytics: displays a series of analysis with charts and statistical data; • Thresholds: takes the user to a screen that allows the setting of operation thresholds.
It shows the adress where the trip was started; It indicates that the trip was started and it shows when it happened and which user was responsible for it; Measurements were collected through the App and sent to the Web. All of them are within the thresholds defined by the user. Measurements were collected through the App and sent to the Web Platform. Some of them are out of the thresholds and this percentage is shown next to the number of measurements sent.
Note that every event points out when it happened and who was the user responsible for it. This can be helpful in case the company has multiple users and wants to know who did what. On the right side of the screen there is a map showing the trip route and below it there are two graphs, the first one with temperature measurements and the second one with humidity values.
Furthermore, by clicking on the button “TRIP REPORT” below the timeline you can download a complete report, with details from the creation to the end of the trip.
2.4 Analytics This screen presents a series of analysis of the data collected by the user from multiple trips. It is possible to view the number of finished trips, the percentage of conformity for each month, the average temperature (or humidity) in a specific period, among other options.
2.5 Thresholds On this screen you can set the temperature and humidity thresholds for each trip.
