Keep the operating instructions in a safe place and in the case of a change in ownership, ensure they are given to the new owner. 9. Troubleshooting support EN Initial general action in case of a malfunction: Please switch off the unit and then switch it on again ( Ch. 5: Switch SensoWash® on/off). If your unit does still not work properly after following the instructions mentioned below, contact help@duravit.de. Have the article and serial number ready.
