How to solve the charging abnormality: ● Please confirm whether your watch has the wireless charging fu nction before use; ● Check whether the watch deviates from the wireless induction charging area of the charger. ● Whether the charging watch uses a non-metallic protective shell, and the thickness of the protective shell is recommended not to ex ceed 4 mm. When a metal object contact the charging area,the charger will automatically identify and protect the power off.
