The outer carton should contain the following components:
A.
Box containing the articulating mechanism (1)
B. 10 5/8” x 21” wood keyboard tray (1)
C. 10 5/8” x 7” wood mouse tray (1)
D. Soft foam keyboard wrist pad (1)
E. Soft foam mouse wrist pad (1)
F. Metal tray connector brackets (2)
G. Velcro sets (2)
H. Smaller #10 screws (8)
I. Larger #12 screws (4)
Installing the Articulating Mechanism
1. Remove the box containing the mechanism from the outer carton. Leave all remaining components in the
outer carton and set aside for now.
2. Follow the instructions in the box for mounting the mechanism to the underside of your work surface. DO NOT
yet install the plastic stop in the front of the track.
Attaching the Keyboard and Mouse Trays (Figure 1)
1. You will now need the components in the outer carton that
you had set aside.
2. Attach the wood keyboard tray with the metal connector
brackets (using the eight #10 screws). Use the pre-drilled
holes on the bottom of each tray for locating the screws.
Note that the mouse tray can attach to either the right or
left side of the keyboard tray.
Attaching the Trays to the Mechanism (Figure 2)
1. Remove the articulating mechanism from its track.
2. Attach the wood trays to the articulating mechanism using
the four larger #12 screws. Use the pre-drilled holes on the
bottom of the keyboard tray for locating the screws.
3. Place the articulating mechanism back on its track.
4. Install the plastic stop in the front of the track as directed in
the mechanism instructions.
Completing the Assembly
1. Peel off the backing and place the soft foam wrist pads onto the keyboard and mouse trays.
2. To complete the unit, use the 2 sets of velcro to secure your keyboard to the keyboard tray.
Operating Instructions
1. To adjust the height, simply lift the tray and let go (KA150, KA250, KA350) or use the knob (KA130, KA140).
2. To adjust the tilt, use the knob or lever.
3. To adjust the swivel, grab the tray and move it left or right to the desired position.
Operating instructions are located on the neck of the mechanism, for easy reference.
