STEP 1 Quick Assembly Tip (x8) #A22570 (x4) #A22510 (x4) #A65615 Proper orientation of CAM LOCK Insert four cam locks and screw two cam bolts into both side panels (A) as shown. Loosen screw in hinge and separate hinge plate from hinge. Mount two hinge plates to both side panels (A) as shown. Loosen screw to separate hinge and hinge plate.
STEP 2 (x8) #A22510 (x2) #A89020 (x2) #A11195 Attach four cam bolts to the top (B) and bottom (C) as shown. Attach two door stops to the top (B) with screws as shown.
STEP 3 Quick Assembly Tip (x4) #A22570 (x5) #A21500 Proper orientation of CAM LOCK Insert two cam locks into both the back rail (E) and bottom rail (I) as shown. Insert the steel dowels into each part as shown.
STEP 4 UNLOCK LOCK Press the side panels (A) onto the back rail (E) and bottom rail (I) as shown and turn the cam locks clockwise to lock in place.
STEP 5 UNLOCK LOCK With the front finished edges facing up, attach the top (B) and bottom (C) as shown. Turn the cam locks clockwise to lock in place.
STEP 6 (x2) #A13800 Locate the wall studs and determine the placement for the cabinet. Mark the stud locations on the wall for the wall support (F). Drill two 3/16" (5mm) diameter holes in the center of the wall support (F) as shown. Locate the wall studs and attach the wall support to the wall into the studs using two screws, making sure the wall support is level. Hang cabinet onto wall support as shown. The distance from the bottom edge of the wall support (F) to the top surface of the top (B).
STEP 7 (x4) #A13800 After the cabinet is mounted to the wall, drill two 3/16" (5mm) diameter holes into the back rail (E) and bottom rail (I). Using screws, fasten the cabinet to the wall by screwing through the back and bottom rails (E&I). Use the same screw location that you used attaching the wall support (F) so the screws fasten to a stud. E F Drill and fasten screws here.
STEP 8 Unfold the back panel. Position the back panel into the cabinet opening with the fold lines of the back panel running up and down. Insert the bottom edge into the groove in the bottom (C). Fold the upper end of the back panel until it inserts into the groove in the top (B).

Attach the latch to the left door (G) with the longer screws and the lock to the right door with the shorter screws as shown. After the lock is attached, press the lock ring over the barrel of the lock and press until seated.
STEP 10 (x2) #A52995 (x4) #A23700 Attach a handle to each door as shown. Press a rubber cap onto each handle bolt as shown.
STEP 11 Loosen screw A Adjust door. Tighten screw A Loosen screw C Turn screw B to move door. Tighten screw C Loosen screw C Adjust door. Tighten screw C *side view To mount the doors, have the hinges in the open position. Slide the hinges onto the hinge plates and tighten screw "C".
STEP 12 (x4) #A80250 Insert the shelf supports at the desired level and place the adjustable shelf (D) onto the shelf supports.
STEP 13 To lock doors: Close the left door (G) first and press the latch down so the stop pin inserts into the hole in the bottom (C). Close the right door (H). Using the key, turn the lock so the locking bar extends behind the left door.
