M o n i t o r. This is a state-of-the-art system that combines some of the most unique

f e a t u r es that any baby monitor offers. We are confident that you will appre c i a t e

its many highlights. As you will soon learn there are many more feature s . . .

The Baby’s Unit (Transmitter) has continuous transmission that clearly sends

your baby’s sounds to the Pare n t ’s Unit. This gives you the ability to continue

with your daily activities throughout the house or yard and at the same time

monitor your baby.

The Pare n t ’s Unit (Receiver) remains with you wherever you go to pick up the

sounds that are transmitted from the Baby’s Unit. It conveniently clips to your

belt or easily stands on a table.

Both units are completely portable or AC powered. The AC Adapter allows the

receiver and transmitter to be plugged into any standard electrical outlet for use

with your household electricity. For convenient use without an outlet, use a

re c h a r geable battery pack for the Pare n t ’s unit and a 9 volt alkaline battery for

the Baby’s unit (Batteries not included).

WATER AND MOISTURE: The Nursery Monitor should not be used near water, for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, near a swimming pool, etc. VENTILATION: The Nursery Monitor should be placed so that its location or position does not interfere with proper ventilation for the unit. For example, it should NEVER be situated on a bed, sofa, rug or similar surface that may block ventilation.

Baby’s Unit (Transmitter) Power On Indicator (Green) Flexible Antenna Channel Switch On/Off Switch AC Adapter Jack Microphone Low Battery Indicator (Red) AC Adapter AC Adapter The AC Adapter is a low voltage power source that allows you to use your household electricity to run the Baby’s Unit when you want to conserve battery life. It connects to the AC Adapter Jack in the Baby’s Unit, and plugs into any standard electrical outlet in your home.

Parent’s Unit: Initial Charging It is very important that you place the Parent’s Unit (Receiver) with the unit turned “Off” in the charging stand. Allow battery to charge for at least 4 hours before first use. This will ensure that your battery is fully charged. The green LED light on the charging stand will illuminate when the receiver is placed into it and the charging contacts are engaged. Using the Parent’s Unit: Place the Parent’s Unit at least 10 feet from the Baby’s Unit.

Operating Tips •Make sure that both units are on the same channel. Even though you may hear your baby’s sounds, proper use of this system requires that both units must be on the same channel. If the units are on different channels, the signals from the Baby’s Unit may still be strong enough to be picked up by the Parent’s Unit, but there will be a lot of static. •When unit is not in use, remove AC Adapter and be sure the power dial is “Off”.
