Q20 PRO supports Bluetooth 5.1 and is compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled

products on the market, such as Android, iOS, computers, tablets, and TVs with

Bluetooth capabilities.

What is the longest distance between the Bluetooth headset and the mobile phone?

If possible, I would like to bake cakes in the kitchen while listening to music with

headphones.

It can be as far as 10 meters, but it is best to ensure that there are no obstacles in the

middle. In some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public places, etc.),

other Bluetooth connections and Wi-Fi may interfere with your Bluetooth

connection.

Q20 PRO can connect two mobile phones at the same time?

Yes, but you have to keep the two earphones far enough away. First take out one

earphone from the charging box to pair, leave the other earphone in the charging

box, let the two earphones separate far enough, and then take out the other

earphone of the charging point box to connect with other devices. Of course, you can

also share music with friends or family, which is much more convenient than

connecting two mobile phones.

Why can't I connect to Bluetooth?

You can turn off Bluetooth and try to connect again where the signal is good.

If there are other mobile phones or devices connected to the headset, please unpair

first.

You can refer to the instruction manual in our package to learn more about how to

use it. (Put the headset into the charging box, the headset will automatically turn off

and start charging. After taking out the headset, the headset will automatically turn

on, the reset is complete, and then you can reconnect to the phone to use it)

CHARGING

I recently ordered these earphones and I wonder if it is recommended to charge

them as soon as they arrive?

Yes, you need to fully charge the charging box so that you can enjoy music when you

are away. Using USB-C fast charge, the earphone box can be fully charged in 1.5

hours.

I want to know how to tell if the headset is charging?

Put the earphones in the charging compartment, the earphones will automatically

shut down and start charging. If the green light on the charging box is on, it means

that the charging box is charging the earphones. When the headset is fully charged,

the red light on the headset will go out.

Hello, I have encountered a problem. I took off the headset and put it in the charging case. Although it is charged (charging box), the charging of the headset has not started.
