DXSTFH030 | ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS SWIVEL BRACKET AND CUSHION SEAT INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Swivel Bracket to UPRIGHT Frame • Locate four (4) machine screws to attach the swivel bracket to the upright frame. • Place swivel bracket on the upright frame. • Align holes in the bottom bracket with the existing holes in the upright frame. • Offest top bracket flanges by 45 degress to provide clearance to attach the screws. • Install the (4) machine screws.

FOOT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS • Note: The images with the leveling foot extended out is an exaggeration to show the feature. STEP 1: STOOL LEVELNESS • Check to see if the stool sits level when on the ground. • If it does not, make adjustments to the leveling feet on the bottom of the legs. • To do this, either thread the leveling pad into or out of the leg. • Perform this process on desired legs and check for levelness. • Make adjustments to the feet as needed.

Coloque el soporte giratorio en el marco vertical. Alinee los orificios en el soporte inferior con los orificios existentes en el marco vertical. Desplace las bridas del soporte superior 45 grados para proporcionar espacio libre y colocar los tornillos.

DXSTFH030 | INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE SUPPORT PIVOTANT ET LE SIÈGE À COUSSIN ÉTAPE 1 : SUPPORT PIVOTANT AU CHÂSSIS DROIT • Repérez les quatre (4) vis à métaux pour fixer le support pivotant au châssis droit. • Placez le support pivotant sur le châssis droit. • Alignez les trous de la pièce d’assemblage inférieure avec les trous existants dans le châssis droit. • Décalez les bords de la pièce d’assemblage supérieure de 45 degrés pour permettre aux vis d’être accessibles.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE RÉGLAGE DU PIED • Remarque : les illustrations du pied réglable allongé ont été exagérées afin de mettre les caractéristiques en évidence. ÉTAPE 1 : PLANÉITÉ DU TABOURET • Vérifiez si le tabouret est bien droit lorsqu’il est posé sur le sol. • Si ce n’est pas le cas, ajustez à l’aide des pieds de réglage situés à l’extrémité des pattes. • Pour ce faire, vissez ou dévissez le patin de réglage au pied. • Procédez de manière identique pour chacun des autres pieds et vérifiez la planéité.
