INSTALLING AND ADJUSTING THE HANDLE Inst ailing the Handle 1. Press and hold the handle base against the underside of the paper shaft housing (Fig. 4). 2. Press the handle top anti the handle base until they snap together {Fig. 4}, 3. Insert the obits {(x4) into the holes (x4} {Fig. 4). 4. Tighten the bolts, but da not tighten them completely. Use a {4 mm) Allen wrench, 5. Hold the unit in the operating position. Move the hands up or down the upper shaft housing to a comfortable location (Fig. 5).
ADDING BAR AND CHAIN OIL: INITIAL USE This unit comes from the factory with the chain oil reservoir empty. Fill the chain ol reservoir with bar and chain ol before starting or using the unit. The saw chain may also require additional pensioning as the saw chain heats up during operation.
