Handling the scanner using a laser light The 2D Code Handy Terminal uses a laser light for indicating the scanning range. The intensity of the laser light is too low to inflict bodily injury. However, do not stare into beam. You must observe the following precautions when handling the BHT equipped with laser light. 1) Never stare into the reading window. 2) Never point the reading window at someone’s eye.
