MIRROR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Wear Safety Goggles

Mounting hardware not included

You will need:

� Tape Measure

� Level

� Pencil

� Drill

� Screw Driver

� 2 Plastic Anchors

� 2 Flathead Wood Screws #10 x 1-1/2"

DO NOT ATTACH WIRE BETWEEN THE HANGERS TO HANG MIRROR. USING WIRE MAY

CAUSE THE HANGERS TO BREAK AWAY FROM THE MIRROR.

1. Measure distance between the centers of the D-ring hangers on the back of the mirror.

2. Using a level, mark 2 points on the wall at the measured distance.

3. At marked points, install anchors designed for your application and following manufacturer’s

installation instructions. For solid wood application no anchors are needed- Drill 3/32" pilot holes.

4. Install screws in anchors or pilot holes, leaving 1/4"-1/2" between head of screw and the wall.

5. Carefully hang mirror on the screws by the D-ring hangers.
