Dear Madam or Sir,
Gur product is Va-AM 315MHz.(Transmitter ofKeyless Entry). Since this product will be already
instalIed in cars (as original equipment) when placed into the market, we must hereby request that the
following caution statement per CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.21 be added to the car manufacturer's
manual.
The title "CAUTION TO USER" or 'FCC WARNING:" "NOTE:" or relevant title and "Changes
or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible für compliance could void the
user's authority to operate the equipment."
Per CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a)(3), the following statement must be added to the car manual:
This device complies with Part 15 ofthe FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: I) This device may not cause harmful interference, and 2) This device must accept any
interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation.
