WOOD FINIAL POST TOP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Use a ruler/straight edge to locate the center of the

top of the treated deck post. Mark the center with a pencil.

• Power drill with 1/4” drill bit

• Ruler/straight edge

• Carpenter’s pencil

• Safety glasses/goggles

• Gloves

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 2: Use power drill with a 1/4" drill bit to predrill a

hole at the center mark on the treated deck post.

Step 3: Place threaded screw located on bottom of the

ﬁnial post top, into the predrilled hole. Screw until tightly

fastened and ﬂush with the treated deck post.
