You can set:

A target zone (heartbeat or speed) with alerts if you leave this
zone. To configure this information, select zone and press on

The watch recaps your performance for each lap.

Searching sensors
The watch detects the sensors (accelerometer and
cardiofrequencemeter).
Once the sensors have been detected, you can start running, pressing on OK to start the stopwatch.
When running, you can choose between three
predefined displays. To change the current display,

Press on OK again to put an end to your session.

You may choose to start running again, go to
Settings mode to modify your settings or confirm the
end of your run.
Should you choose the latter, the watch displays a
short report of your run and then asks whether you
want to save the data.
