1.Unplugthefixturebeforecleaning.
2.Useaclean,dry,soft,lint‐freecloth.
3.Donotusewaterorotherchemicalcleaningagents.
Thisportablelamphasapolarizedplug(onebladeiswiderthan
theother).Asasafetyfeaturetoreducetheriskofelectrical
shockandfire,thisplugwillfitinapolarizedoutletonlyone
way.Iftheplugdoesnotfitfullyintheoutlet,reversetheplug.
Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contactaqualifiedelectrician.Neveruse
withanextensioncordunlesstheplugcanbefullyinserted.Do
notalterthissafetyfeature.
Thislampisforindooruseonly.Thelampshouldnotbeused
nearwater.Neverimmersethelampinwaterorotherliquids.
Nevercoverthelampwithanyobjectincludingclothorpaper
asthisisafirehazard.Donothandlethebulbimmediately
afterthelightisturnedoffasitwillbehot.Thisisnotatoy.

1.Screwpole(A)intoBase(B).
2.Placeshade(C)ontoSocket(D).
3.Adjusttheheightofthetablelampbyremovingscrew(E)
replaceandtightenoncedesiredheightisachieved.
(Youwillneedtopullthecordthroughthebasetolower
theheightand/orbringthecordupbypullingthe
adjustmentpoleupwhenfullyextendingthelamp.)
4.Installbulb.Onlyusebulbsofspecifiedtypeand
maximumratedwattageorless.
5.Plugtheelectricalsupplycordintothewalloutlet.
6.TurnON/OFFusingtheswitchonthesocket.
FLOORLAMP:
1.Screwpole(A)tobase(B),thenscrewpole(C)topole(A).
2.Screwpole(D)topole(C),thenscrewlampholder(E)to
pole(D).
3.Placeshade(F)ontosocket(G).
4.Adjusttheheightofthefloorlampbyremovingscrew
(H)replaceandtightenoncedesiredheightisachieved.
(Youwillneedtopullthecordthroughthebasetolower
theheightand/orbringthecordupbypullingthe
adjustmentpoleupwhenfullyextendingthelamp.)
5.Installbulb.Onlyusebulbsofspecifiedtypeand
maximumratedwattageorless.
6.Plugtheelectricalsupplycordintothewalloutlet.
7.TurnON/OFFusingtheswitchonthesocket.
