Common Fault Diagnosis
1. Turn on computer, no display
----It mostly results from poor contact between memory and slot, you can try to
wipe the connection figure with eraser. Please don’t use Corrosives to wipe, such as
ethyl alcohol. Memory and slot fault will cause no display as well. if that’s memory
fault, the host loudspeaker will be buzzing（specific to Award BIOS)
2. Windows often boot into safe mode automatically
---- In general, due to motherboard is incompatible with memory.
Higher-frequency memory installed will result in this matter. You can try to slow the
speed of data read in the CMOS setting. if don’t work, you have to change the
memory.
3. Computer crash randomly
----Installing Different frequency RAMS will cause this problem. The difference of
Memory speed cause timing difference, then result in crash. You can try to slow the
speed of data read in the CMOS setting. if don’t work, you have to use the same
frequency RAMS. Motherboard incompatibility or poor connection with memory will
bring about this situation too, but rare.
