TROUBLE SHOOTING
1.
The lights don't turn on when I press the Power button.
•
Is there a battery in your Location-Tag™?
Is it inserted the correct way?
• Is your battery charged?
• Are you pressing and holding the Power button for 2 or
more seconds?
2.The Power indicator light doesn't turn on when I connect the charger.
• Is the charger connected to a good electrical source?
•
Is the charger connected properly to the charging port on
your Location-Tag™?
• Note that if your battery is really low, it may take up to 15 seconds
for the Power indicator light to turn on after it is connected to a
g
ood electrical source.
3.
When Location-Tag™ is moved quickly, it rattles; why?
• The internal motion sensor will rattle when the Location-Tag™
is moved. This is normal for this device.
4. Will Location-Tag™ cause interference with other
electr
onic devices?
•
As with all electronic devices, there may be interference.
• If this happens, move to another location, or turn off the
other device.

Is your Location-Tag™ on? (See Section 4).

• As with a cellular phone, Location-Tag™ occasionally will not be
able to connect to the wireless network.
• Try moving to another location, as there may not be wireless
co
v
erage at that location.
7. How do I know if my Location Request was successful?
• Check with your application service provider.
8. I press and hold the Feature button to set a Geofence, but the Status
indicator light never goes to the green-red sequence. Why?
• Make sure that you press and hold the Feature button until the
Status indicator light has flashed off briefl
y f
or the second time
(approximately 4 seconds).
• Check with your application service provider, to see if one or more
Geofences have been enabled for your Location-Tag.
•

or some Geofences, Location-Tag™ needs to be able to get your
current location; try moving to another location.

free from defects in materials and workmanship and will substantially conform to CSI

Software and Firmware License, Limited Warranty
This CSI
Wir
eless software and/or firmware product (the “Software”) is licensed and not
sold. Its use is governed by the provisions of the applicable End User License Agreement
(“EULA”), if any, included with the Software. In the absence of a separate EULA included
with the Product, the following terms and conditions shall apply. CSI Wireless warrants
that this CSI Wireless Software product will substantially conform to CSI Wireless’
applicable published specifications for the Software for a period of ninety (90) days,

Warranty Remedies

eless' sole liability and your exclusive remedy under the warranties set forth
above shall be, at CSI Wireless’ option, to repair or replace any Product or Software that
fails to conform to such warranty (“Nonconforming Product”), or refund the purchase
price paid by you for any such Nonconforming Product, upon your return of any
Nonconforming Product to CSI Wireless in accordance with CSI Wireless’ standard return
material authorization procedures.

pplied only in the event and to the extent that: (i) the Products
and Softwar
e are properly and correctly installed, configured, interfaced, maintained, stored,
and operated in accordance with CSI Wireless's relevant manuals and specifications,and; (ii)

apply to, and CSI Wireless shall not be responsible for, defects or performance problems
resulting from: (i) the combination or utilization of the Product or Software with products,
