To turn the unit on or off, press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds. When the power is turned on, one of the Mode Indicators will light up. Quickly pressing the POWER button once will toggle the display brightness between normal and dim. AM/FM RADIO 1. Press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds to turn the unit on.

Check the power adaptor to make sure it is plugged into the unit and into a working wall outlet. 3. Make sure the unit is in the correct mode by pressing the MODE button. There is no sound 1. Press the MUTE button on the remote control to make sure the sound is not muted. 2. Make sure the unit is in the correct mode.
