Sound Blaster E1: Audio
Playback from Your Mobile
Device

 This article explains how use the Sound Blaster E1 for
music playback from your mobile device.

The Sound Blaster E1 can be connected to your mobile device for
music playback. For instructions on this setup, please follow the
instructions below:
1. Connect your mobile device to the Sound Blaster E1 via
4-pole analog cable (see diagram above).
2. Connect a headphone to the Headphone Out/Line Out
port of the Sound Blaster E1.
3. You may now play music from your Mobile Device on
your headphones via the Sound Blaster E1.
4. One of the features of the Sound Blaster E1 is Music
Sharing. To do this, simply connect another headphone to
the Headphone Out/Mic-in port.
5. Note: The Sound Blaster E1 is designed for audio
playback and voice transmission, thus a 4-pole jack cable
is included so that it can work with devices that support
both audio and voice such as smartphones and tablets. In
some cases, older MP3 players or media devices may not
be compatible with a 4-pole cable configuration. If you
experience low volume or no significant increase in audio
volume and clarity, we recommend connecting the Sound
Blaster E1 to your media device using a standard stereo
cable rather than the included 4-pole cable. You should
notice an immediate increase in volume and quality.
