Therepairor replacementof any warrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybeexcludedfromsuchwarrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehas beenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceisstill eligiblefor warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonlyto partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
