1 Introduction The AR-3HU / SR-3HU / S4N-3HU / KT-3HU is a self-Contained vehicle tracking device that combines GPS location with GSM/GPRS connectivity. The AR-3HU / SR-3HU / S4N-3HU / KT-3HU appears to a user or a server application as a single endpoint device. It can be queried, updated and configured either through a serial connection, or an over the air GPRS or WCDMA IP connection, or through SMS messaging.
