1. Remove the old wall plate from the wall
outlet box.
2. For HDMI connecons, Connect HDMI cable
to the HDMI connector on the back of the
new wall jack.
3. For the Coaxial connecon, connect the
coaxial cable to the “F” connector on thecoaxial cable to the “F” connector on the
back of the new wall plate.
4. Aach the wall plate to the wall using the
two screws located on the back of the
wall plate
