Battery Operation (BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED):
Your unit operates on 2x "AAA" alkaline Batteries. Open the battery cover and insert the batteries in the battery
compartment following the polarity diagram located inside.
Rechargeable Battery Operation (BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED):
You can also operate this unit with 2x "AAA" rechargeable batteries. For new or exhausted rechargeable batteries,
we recommend the batteries be recharged for 15 hours. (Refer to battery manufacturer's guide).
NOTE: Remove the batteries if the player will not be in use for a long period of time.
Adapter Operation (ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED)
Your unit also operates on 4.5V DC adapter.
NOTE: Unplug the adapter if the player will not be in use for a long period of time.
Connections
Using a Wireless Transmitter
1. Connect the transmitter to the audio source.
2. Slide the POWER switch to the ON position. The LED POWER indicator will be lit.
3. Select the proper frequency for transmission by the Frequency select switch. The selected frequency will be shown
on the Frequency indicator.
There are four frequencies available: 88.1 MHz, 88.3 MHz, 88.5 MHz and 88.7 MHz.
The max transmission distance can be up to 4 meters.
(The transmission distance differs depending on the sensitivity of the receiver you use).
4. Turn the frequency of your FM radio receiver to the same frequency as your transmitter.
5. To turn the transmitter OFF, slide the POWER switch to OFF position.

material or workmanship under normal use for 90 DAYS from the date of original purchase. COBY agrees under this
warranty, to repair or replace it with a new or reconditioned product at no additional charge. Our warranty does not
cover any product which has been subject to neglect, unreasonable use, accident, violation of operating instruction or
any product that has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized service agent. To obtain factory service, return this
unit freight-prepaid to the address shown below within the duration of this warranty. Enclose $6.00 for each item in the
form of money order made payable to COBY ELECTRONICS CORP. to cover the cost of shipping and handing. Also,
include a copy of the sales receipt to show proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. The unit(s) must
be packaged in such a way as to reasonably protect it from possible shipping damage. For further information write to
