Why
did

get
washed
out
color
video?
Before purchase, please note that ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Plus doesn't support "color space
" at "4:2:2". Please make sure the “color space” of your source device can be set at “4:4:4” or
“4:2:0”. As we know, Sony A7III, Sony A6400, Sony A6500's "color space" settings are fixed
at "4:2:2". You have to adjust the camera's resolution to 1080p to use it.
Please do understand that this is not a product quality issue. If you are not satisfied with the
point, please do not purchase this product.

after
connection,
generally
it
could
be
an
issue
with
the
USB
connection,
or
some
unusual
error
in
third
party
software.
Please
try
the
following
steps
to
see
if
they
help:
1 The connection between Flint 4KP Plus and the computer may be damaged or defective.
Solution: Please try another USB cable or USB port, and also restart your computer.
Unplug Flint 4KP Plus. Wait a minute, and then attach every cable again.
2. A device on the USB bus may cause issues. Solution: Unplug all other devices from the
USB bus, and then try the Flint 4KP Plus again. If that helps, then reconnect the devices
one at a time, you will find that which particular device is causing the conflict.
3. Don't run any third-party software simultaneously. Just don't run HDML-
Cloner Pro Helper and OBS at the same time, please run the software separately.
